With multiple stations and up to 12 exercises each time, our high-intensity and diverse equipment will ensure that you get a different workout every time you step into the studio. what to expect

Before Class
Make your first move: find your spot and our Rockstar trainer will get you warmed up.
During Class
Get FIRED up with a wide variation of exercises at different stations. Alternating functional training, cardio and strength training using battle ropes, the Airbike or Maxtrainer, dumbbells, kettlebells and your own bodyweight. Time will fly by!

After Class
That heart rate’s high, the endorphin rush has kicked in and you’ll leave feeling exhilarated.
