What is FireFit Studios?

FireFit Studios offers a boutique fitness experience that is motivating, social and fun for those who want to burn bright leading a life on fire. FireFit Studios has its own innovative proprietary programmes that are conducted in small intimate groups. The programmes (also known as classes or workouts) are led byour Fire Rockstar Trainers who deliver the best in the business.

Where are FireFit Studios in Malaysia?

There are 3 FireFit Studios or as we call them, Fire Stations.

What are the classes offered in FireFit Studios?

A 45-minute class that includes cardio treadmill routines combined with strength training. This is rounded off with core conditioning and dynamic yoga exercises.

A 45-minute strength class utilising barbells, dumbbells and body weight to reshape your physique.

A 45-minute high-energy class that combines old-school boxing and martial arts movements that will leave you empowered and energised.

A high-intensity 30-minute spinning class to get your heart rate flying, with 15 minutes of functional training to give you a full body workout.

45 minutes of HIIT, Strength, Yoga and Pilates to give you a full body workout.

30 minutes of high-intensity cycling, and our signature FIRE Yoga combines power, strength and flow.


Is there a trial or introduction package?

Try the FireFit experience with our Fire Starter package (3-class trial pack) for RM95 which is valid for 14 days from the day of purchase.

What are the membership packages offered?

We offer different subscriptions and packages to suit your needs.

  • Subscription membership
    A subscription membership grants you unlimited access to all Fire Stations and all classes. This membership type is a 3-month minimum commitment. auto-renewing subscription. You will be billed monthly within your 3-month period. Subscription memberships cannot be shared or transferred.
  • Package Credits
    Package Credits are bundles of credit used to attend a FireFit class (1 credit per class). Validity of Package Credits validity varies. You can check this on your purchase receipt or speak to a FireFit staff.

How do I purchase a Subscription membership or Package Credits?

Memberships and Package Credits can be purchased online or through the FireFit Global app, available on AppStore and Google Play store.

Alternatively, walk into any Fire Station to purchase in person.

Can I share my membership with a family member or friends?

You can only share 32- Class Package Credits with a maximum of 2 nominated persons.

Are there any events for members?

Yes, we regularly hold events and themed classes. Follow us on Facebook and Instagram to stay updated with what's coming up near you.


Can I walk in to use the equipment at a Fire Station any time?

All Fire Stations are only open during class sessions and personal training sessions. Bookings are necessary to ensure your spot is reserved for every class session. However, you have the option to Book a Box where you can book to schedule a time to do your own training. Book a Box is only available at our Avenue K and Mont Kiara Fire Stations.

You must have a valid Subscription membership or Package Credits to Book a Box.

What amenities are available at the Fire Stations?

All our Fire Stations are equipped with:

  • Lockers
  • Water cooler
  • Shower rooms
  • Toiletries (soap, shampoo and conditioner)
  • Hairdryers

Can I do a trial class?

Yes, we would love for you to try it before you buy! Our Fire Starter package allows for 3 visits within 14 days from the day of purchase. We encourage you to experience a range of our signature Fire programmes with our world-class Rockstar Trainers. Alternatively, you can try FireFit using ClassPass. Search for Fire Station in ClassPass, select your preferred Fire Station and proceed to book your spot.

Can I join if I am a beginner?

You most definitely can. All Fire programmes are beginner-friendly and designed as intensity-based workouts. This means no matter your fitness level, you're sure to get the best workout possible. You can run or walk, go heavy or go light – it's up to you!

What do I need to bring for class?

Bring a water bottle for hydration, a sweat towel, and an open mind. For Fire workouts that may require a little more:

STRIKE: Boxing gloves are provided however wraps must be purchased in the studio. You are welcome to bring your own if you have your own pair of gloves and wraps.

FORCE: Training gloves are not required however you are welcome to bring your own if you have your own pair.

FIRE BARRÉ: First-timers will receive their own pair of grip barre socks. You are welcome to bring your own pair.

Do I need to book in advance?

You're strongly encouraged to book your spot in class in advance. Many of our classes consistently book out. Avoid disappointment and missing a fiery workout by booking in advance. You can book your favourite classes and instructors up to 14 days before the class.

Can I attend classes at any Fire Station location?

Yes, you can. Subscription memberships and Package Credits allow you to book and workout at any Fire Station.

What is your class cancellation policy?

You may cancel or edit your bookings up to 12 hours before the class via the FireFit Global app. Any cancellations or changes made within the 12-hour window before the class starts will incur a loss of your class credit if you have Package Credits or a no-show fee of RM25 if you’re on a Subscription membership.

You will be notified and charged of any late cancellations at the end of the calendar month.

If you have a booking but can’t make it to class, please make sure to cancel so another member of the Fire Fam has a chance to attend.

What happens if I miss my class?

If you have booked in to attend a class and did not show up, you will lose the class credit if you have a Package Credit or be charged a no-show fee of RM25 if you’re on a Subscription membership. A no-show is the same as a late cancellation.

What if I am late to class?

A lot of planning goes into the final minutes before our classes start. Please arrive at least 5 to 10 minutes before a class is scheduled to begin. If a fan is waiting to join a class but does not have a booking because the class is full, they may be given your spot in the class if you are late. FireFit classes always start on time.

How does the Waitlist work?

Our classes consistently book out. If you would like to join a class that is full, you can opt to join the waitlist. When someone cancels their booking, a pop-up notification will appear on your phone that a space has become available. The fastest finger wins so quickly book the available spot and the class is yours!

Remember to remove yourself from the waitlist before trying to book.

Can I change my booking?

Yes, you can. We know schedules change from time to time. If you need to change your booking, be sure to do so at least 12 hours before the scheduled class to avoid being charged with a late-cancellation fee (1 class credit if you have Package Credits or a late-cancellation fee of RM25 if you’re on a Subscription membership).

Change or cancel your booking through the FireFit Global app or call the Fire Station to speak to a FireFit staff.

How old do I have to be to join a class?

For safety purposes, all members must be 16 years old and above to join a class.

Can I join a class if I'm pregnant or just had a baby?

We think it is awesome that you are keen to stay fit and healthy while pregnant. Getting back in shape after a baby is also important. We recommend that you seek your doctor's advice prior to booking into a FireFit class.

Please participate in classes at your own pace and energy levels. We encourage you to speak with our Fire Rockstar Trainers prior to class as modifications to exercises and exertion levels may be required.

Can I freeze my membership?

You can only freeze your membership if you are on a Subscription membership. A fee of RM2/day will be charged. You can freeze your membership for a minimum of 10 days and a maximum of 90 days.

Please contact our FireFit staff if you would like to freeze your membership.

How do I terminate my membership?

You can only terminate your membership if you are on a Subscription membership. 1-month notice is required to terminate your membership.

Can I transfer my membership?

You can only transfer your membership if you are on a Subscription membership. Please call or send us a WhatsApp message at 019 592 2762 to assist with transferring your membership.

Can I share my membership?

You can only share your Package Credits if you have purchased the 32-class package. Sharing is limited to a maximum of 2 nominated persons. Subscription memberships can only be used by the account holder.

What is your refund policy?

We do not offer any refunds on Package Credits, Subscription memberships or merchandise. All purchases are final.

Which membership should I sign up for?

We offer 2 different membership options to ensure there is something for everyone. Selected Package Credits allow a little more flexibility and can be shared with a maximum of 2 nominated persons. Subscription memberships are monthly payments (with a minimum commitment of 3 months) that allow you to work out more, for less.

Our Subscription membership gets you the most bang for your buck with unlimited access to any Fire Station and classes for the duration of your membership.

How do I update my personal details and/or account details?
