• Q:  What is a Tri-Access membership?

  Tri-Access is a pass membership that allows access to FireFit Studios, Fitness First and Celebrity Fitness. Members are only required to pay a monthly membership fee to enjoy unlimited access to gyms at Fitness First and Celebrity Fitness, and any classes at FireFit. This is a monthly recurring membership option for those seeking to expand their fitness and wellness potential.

• Q:  How does the Tri-Access membership work?

  Speak to any of our staff to get your Tri-Access membership. With the Tri-Access membership, you may present your card in any of FireFit Studios, Fitness First and Celebrity Fitness branch to enjoy unlimited access to any of the facilities.

• Q:  Where can I use the Tri-Access membership?

  You can use the Tri-Access membership in any Fitness First, Celebrity Fitness (locally and internationally), and FireFit branches (within Malaysia only) under Evolution Wellness Group. Click on the links to check the nearest branch next to you.

• Q:  Who is eligible for the Tri-Access membership?

  The Tri-Access membership is available for new and existing members of FireFit Studios, Fitness First and Celebrity Fitness.

• Q:  How long is the Tri-Access membership?

  The Tri-Access membership is a 3-month recurring membership, with a monthly billing cycle. You will be charged monthly for a minimum duration of 3 months. Membership will automatically continue monthly until you decide to terminate it.

• Q:  How much is the Tri-Access membership?

  The Tri-Access membership is RM389 per month with a 3-month commitment.

• Q:  How do I cancel my Tri-Access membership?

  Should you ever need to leave us, please consult our Club Management staff. As much as we do not want you to go, we want to know the challenges you are facing that is making you leave. You can cancel your membership after your minimum contract term (excluding any pass frozen months and pro rata fee) by giving one full calendar month advance notice.

  For cancellations within the 3-month contract period, the balance of the fee will be self-borne until the contract ends.

• Q:  What classes do I get to access at FireFit as part of the Tri-Access monthly membership?

  Tri-Access membership gives you access to all classes at any FireFit Studios at Plaza Batai and Plaza Mont Kiara. All classes at FireFit Studios must be booked in advance online or via the smartphone app. Please note that unlike group exercise classes at Fitness First and Celebrity Fitness, there is a no-show and late cancellation policy for all classes at FireFit Studios.

  Be sure to familiarise yourself with the no-show and late cancellation policy at FireFit Studios to avoid being caught out.

• Q:  Does my Tri-Access membership include credits?

  No, as the Tri-Access membership is a recurring monthly membership. There will be no credits allocated for this. You can access FireFit Studios, Fitness First and Celebrity Fitness at a time that suits you. All group exercise classes must be booked in advance to secure your spot. Be sure to familiarise yourself with the no-show and late cancellation policy at FireFit Studios to avoid being caught out.

• Q:  I am a current Fitness First member. How can I sign up for the Tri-Access Membership?

  Approach any of our staff at Fitness First and our staff will assist you with the upgrade to Tri-Access membership

• Q:  I am a current Celebrity Fitness member. How can I sign up for the Tri-Access membership?

  Approach any of our staff at Celebrity Fitness and our staff will assist you with the upgrade to Tri-Access membership

• Q:  I am a current FireFit member. How can I sign up for the Tri-Access membership?

  Approach any of our staff at FireFit and our staff will assist you with the upgrade to Tri-Access membership

• Q:  I currently have a dual membership access to Fitness First and Celebrity Fitness. How much do I need to top-up to join Tri-Access?

  You will just need to top-up the price difference from your current dual membership fee.

• Q:  I currently have a dual membership access to Fitness First and Celebrity Fitness. My membership contract is ending in 3-months. Can I still switch to Tri-Access? How much do I need to top-up?

  Yes. You will need to top-up the difference from your current dual membership fee.

• Q:  Do I get a new membership card for the Tri-Access membership?

  Yes. After registering, you may collect your Tri-Access membership card from the home club that you had first registered for the Tri-Access membership.

• Q:  I have lost my Tri-Access membership card. What should I do?

  Please approach any of our staff at your home club to get a replacement card. A penalty of RM50 is needed to replace the lost card.

• Q:  Do I have to cancel my existing Fitness First, Celebrity Fitness and/or FireFit membership to purchase the Tri-Access membership?

  No. Speak to any of our staff to upgrade to our Tri-Access membership.

• Q:  Can I freeze my Tri-Access membership?

  Yes. Approach our staff from your home club to inform us of your membership freeze, or you may drop us an e-mail on the membership freeze for us to arrange the necessary.

• Q:  How do I book a group exercise class at Fitness First?

  All group exercise classes must be booked via the Fitness First app in advance to secure your spot.

• Q:  How do I book a group exercise class at Celebrity Fitness?

  All group exercise classes must be booked via the Celebrity Fitness app in advance to secure your spot.

• Q:  How do I book a group exercise class at FireFit Studios?

  Start by downloading the FireFit Global app. Register to set up your membership account and log in with your credentials. To view class schedules and/or book a class, tap Book to view the available timetables and book into your desired class. To switch FireFit Studios, tap on the map icon at the top right-hand corner of the app, and select your desired FireFit Studio.

• Q:  Can I bring guests with my Tri-Access membership?

  No. Tri-Access is for current active members only.

• Q:  What other privileges do I get from the Tri-Access membership?

  You will receive all the benefits and privileges of being a Tri-Access member of Fitness First, Celebrity Fitness and FireFit such as retail store discounts/promotions, new arrival on group workout class, access to club events/contests, and more.

• Q:  Can I use the Tri-Access membership to access FireFit Studios overseas?

  No, the Tri-Access membership is limited to FireFit Studios under Evolution Wellness Group in Malaysia only.

• Q:  Can I use the Tri-Access membership to access Fitness First or Celebrity Fitness clubs overseas?

  Yes. The Tri-Access membership is valid to be used at all Fitness First and Celebrity Fitness branches in Southeast Asia (Malaysia, Singapore, Thailand, Philippines, and Indonesia). Please ensure that you collect your International Travel passbook from your local club prior to travel. This is to ensure a smooth operation process when you arrive at the overseas club.
